Vesting Certificate for Transfer of Care and Custody - PLANT / SITE / WORKSITE / WORKSHOP

Many projects require that a contractor, for them to do their job, mobilise on the site where the project will be performed, it can be a camp site, an area of the COMPANY's / EMPLOYER's plant, a piece of land and more generally any estate belonging to the COMPANY / EMPLOYER. 

In the event the COMPANY / EMPLOYER finds a need to provide an area to a contractor, a specific approach to transfer care and custody of COMPANY's / EMPLOYER's property to a contractor is required to mitigate the specific risks associated to the resulting occupancy. 

The project community (contracting & procurement professionals, project engineers, quality managers etc.) will find a useful support with this model of certificate specially designed to have their contractors (EPCs, EPCMs, D&Bs, General Contractors, Builders) taking occupancy, care & usage of any COMPANY's / EMPLOYER's property necessary for the performance of the object of the main contract.
