Project Contracting Strategy

The project contracting strategy supports the Project’s Execution Strategy and shall be considered as a key Project’s deliverable.

This document defines the Contracts & Procurement Objectives of the Project, Contracting & Procurement Approach, Risks Mitigations Contribution, Project Schedule onboarding, types of contracts to be used with their individual remuneration strategy, the initial version of the Project Procurement Plan, and the list of anticipated contractors / subcontractors & suppliers. 

This 31 pages model contains significant methodology indications and is pre-redacted having in mind a "fill-in the blanks" approach in order to provide the Contracts & Procurement Professional with a quicker & straight-forward content.
